2. It is assumed that you are aware of the cost of the SMS before you send an SMS to our Short code(s).
3. It is also assumed that you are aware of the service or content you are initiating when you send an SMS to our Short code(s).

1. It is assumed that you know the Product Name or the required Key Word ("Key Word" is the text you need to SMS to our Short code to trigger a desired service in return) to initiate the service or obtain the product you want.
2. It is assumed that you know the Size (e.g. MB) and Type of file (e.g. PDF or MP3) that you are trying to access through our platform.
3. You are responsible for sending the correct Key Word text to our Short code(s). Therefore you are expected to ensure that the text written is correct before you send it to our Short code(s).
4. PAYROPE, its affiliates or Publishers of Content will not be held responsible if you send an incorrect Key Word to our SMS Gateway (i.e. Short code).
5. It is assumed that you are aware that in sending an incorrect Key Word you will still incur the cost of the SMS regardless, or that by sending an incorrect Key Word you might initiate another service that is represented by that particular text that you sent to our Short code.

1. No refunds shall be issued by PAYROPE or its Affiliates for SMSs sent to our Short code for any reason whatsoever.

4. You are responsible for having sufficient memory or storage space in your device for downloading or viewing content accessed through PAYROPE Service(s).
5. You acknowledge that PAYROPE is not responsible for the performance of your web browser and does not guarantee that your web browser will not corrupt any files you download or compromise your experience with the content you access through our service.

1. Download speeds may vary between individuals and content providers, this may be due to the size of the file being accessed or the various servers that PAYROPE and the Publisher/Authors may have chosen to utilize.
2. Some browsers and devices may not allow downloads from links provided by PAYROPE to work due to their settings or unique features. You are responsible for ensuring the settings of your device or web browsers are sufficiently suited for facilitating downloads or viewing of content being accessed through PAYROPE services.
3. Download links provided to you via SMS are of a temporary nature and may expire after an unspecified period of time depending on the nature of the content being accessed, or the wishes of the Publishers/Authors of the content.
4. Download links and indeed any other links to desired content are of a limited nature. It may not be possible for you to revisit content through the same link more than once. Therefore it is important to ensure all necessary settings on your device, including adequate power supply, are in place before attempting to access or download the desired content.

7. Once a link has been used by you or anyone else it will automatically expire and will no longer be usable for accessing the content.

1. PAYROPE, ITS AFFILIATES or MOBILE NETWORKS bear no responsibility for any damages suffered by Customers, Subscribers or Third Parties as a result of any content published or accessed through its services.
2. Customers, Subscribers and/or Third Parties may not take any legal action against PAYROPE and ITS AFFILIATES for any reason arising out of the use or interaction with its service(s).
3. Customers, Subscribers and/or Third Parties may not take any legal action against PAYROPE and ITS AFFILIATES for theft, personal injury, and/or damage to personal property etc. resulting from interacting with our platform or the content accessed through it.
4. You will not attempt to defame or damage the reputation of PAYROPE and/or its AFFILIATES through any medium as a result of any undesirable experience you may have had with content you accessed through its services.
5. PAYROPE reserves the right to take legal action against you in such a case to remedy its grievances or any violations you have made against PAYROPE with respect to the Conditions outlined in PAYROPE’S SMS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. PAYROPE Reserves the Right to terminate any of the Services it provides or access to any particular content at any time and without giving notice.

PAYROPE is a Web and Mobile Applications Developer, and as such does not control the decisions and affairs of the people that create content on its platform or any third party service providers including Mobile Network and Internet Service Providers. As a result we cannot assist you with any complaints relating to services or products emanating from those parties.
2. Any complaints pertaining to Mobile Network or Internet Connections must be directed towards your designated Mobile Network or Internet Service Provider.
3. Any complaints relating to the quality, fidelity or nature of products or content should be directed towards the Publisher/Author of the content or Publisher/Author's websites and relevant channels to communicate your concerns.
